The S510HX is a nod to the denim of the late 40s to the early 50s, a period many consider to be the peak of denim construction. This version is a slightly modified version of Samurai's' S510 straight fit, with a little more room around the hips and a slight taper below the knee. The all the stitching is based of period correct historical pieces to include cotton threads, thread colors, needle/stitch counts, stitch widths, and top button chainstitch runoff.The 15oz Otokogi denim is made from short fibered Texas cotton that's uneven, textured, and slubby to start.
